Appearance: Mina is short, and she hates it. She's 5' 2 and very thin. Her skin is pale despite her love of the sun. Her hair is black and cut short, just below her chin. She has brown eyes with long eyelashes. She has a penchant to wear black and always wears skull-and-crossbones earrings.
Personality: Mina loves to talk back. Her chief hobby is making her elders angry. She's sarcastic and pretends to be the dullest knife in the drawer, although in actuality she's quite clever. Being a ditz has its advantages, she says, and she's usually right. She enjoys begging for treats and stealing people's shoes.

Mina would have laughed if she could've, but her mouth was full of smelly Converse and anyways, coyotes couldn't laugh. Everyone knew that.

The irate man chased her down the street, but he was fat and she was much faster than him.
"It's Mina!" Mina's friends were watching her, laughing in delight. "Go, Mina!"
Mina barked and veered down an alleyway. She could hear the man cursing, but he didn't see where she had gone.
